I just touched back down today in the USA after spending about 2 weeks in Georgia. It was my first time there, and I loved it! Thanks to the Nomad Capitalist channel and book for the suggestion. I spent all of my time in Tbilisi. I filmed a lot of videos and will upload it to my travel vlog soon. I am seriously considering getting a property there and visiting more often!

@@priestesslucy3299 Don't be too worried about haters... If you're able to work online, or have savings, Georgia is great place to live. I was stuck there during the first lockdown, It was actually fun place to be stuck. Yes sometimes you'll here some race based violence and what not, but it has always something behind it. Such accidents occur everywhere. If you smile at people and you don't mind that young men maybe stare at you a little (assuming you're a girl) you'll be fine. Just visit the country. Now sadly the entry rules are not as great as 'BC'. Overall one of the most amazing/special/crazy countries in eastern Europe.

@@priestesslucy3299 Hello, when looking at property, I remember what all american realtors tell me that the 3 most important things are in buying property. Location, Location, Location. In 70 years, I have found this to be true. So, when I look at property in another country, I look at its political structure and how stable the economy is. Often times, you can see why property is so cheap… no one in their right mind would live there. Some american cities are that way. They cannot give the property away. I live in thailand now. This country will not allow foreigners to own land. Cheers

Honestly man. Id be concerned about how close somewhere is to the EU. Thats all mountain and Georgia doesn't have a big dick competition with Russia. In fact, one bad thing is they may play too nice with Moscow. IMO the Baltics are fucked. Moscow is gonna puppet them sooner than later & unless Ukraine "pulls a Georgia" its fucked. Uzbekistan is a gem waiting to be found, Kazakhstan (maaaaaybe), krygyzstan probably still way too poor and undeveloped. "Russia is a gas station in front of a wheat field next to a gun store"
