Thanks for the response. I ended up using a longer pry bar, 36 inches, to get more leverage and it worked easily.

Great video. Any suggestions about lining up the eye, I have same accord and I can't get it to go through. I can get to it at the beginning but the other end doesn't budge, I tried using a pry bar to get leverage to pull down the suspension but I am a couple millimeters off, any recommendations.

I just used a long heavy duty screw driver in between the bracket and the knuckle and pried up. it's kinda hit or miss. little bit of a struggle. good luck

OK so I have a ? I have a JDM CL9 2006 and on the left side there is a EXTRA bracket that goes right above the fork normally I wouldn't care but the assembly I ordered the bottom of the strut cannot be hammered off to put this bracket on (welded on) when it dose on the original at first I thought I just bought the wrong strut but it seems there all like that I live overseas so I use rock auto has anyone else encountered this issue....great video btw the right front went on like nothing simple stuff just this bracket that needs to go on the bottom of the left front and I don't even see it in this video is it because mine is Japanese ?
