Nice and interesting video, cheers, great to understand and know more about one of my most visited walking areas. Those older chapels were really grand and majestic.

Great video as always my grandad used to live on garnett st and also by the canal at hebble end in the 1890s fred southwell

Thank you for this video, I used to live in Hebden Bridge in the late 70's/early 80's and my late father Rev.Trevor Dodds was the Methodist Minister in the area. We lived in the Manse on Birchcliffe Road (no longer a Manse), with his main church being the one at the start of your video, still going, Hebden Royd Methodist Church. I was christened here, and had no idea a previous building had stood on this site until I saw this video. My Dad also looked after Blackshaw Head, Crimsworth Dean, amongst others - some now closed. I wonder if anyone watching this video have attended a Christening, Wedding or Funeral taken by him?! I would love to see a Lost Chapels PART 2 Nigel, going further afield out of Hebden and looking at these closed chapels and what they are now. I will follow! THANK YOU.
