Hey there, I'm thrilled to share my 5 AM morning routine with you as a Muslim student and athlete. Here's the key: planning your night routine is just as important as your morning routine. When you have a well-structured plan, waking up early becomes easier.
My routine starts the night before, attending the Isha prayer at the mosque, following the wisdom of our Prophet (peace be upon him). Afterward, I read Surat al Mulk for its blessings and head to bed.
I rise at 4:10 AM for Fajr prayer, return home around 5 AM, and ensure I get 8 hours of sleep by napping after Fajr.
My morning continues with hydration, a refreshing cold shower, and reading the Quran. I then meditate and engage in a training session before school. After training, I enjoy a healthy oatmeal breakfast.
