If there is still Smoke it might be the valve guides or the valve stem seals

I don't if engine parts for this bike are hard to find where you guys live since its a pretty old bike but..here in malaysia we have pretty much everything like aftermarket camshafts,crankshafts, cylinder block(lots of sizes from 53mm(stock)-70mm or more),gearbox,aftermarket head with bigger valves...idk i just feel like theres someone wondering how they're going to upgrade this engine without any aftermarket kits in the market nowadays...and if you're wondering go do some research kriss110/120 racing parts..or ask me about it

Yea it always seems like it’s a fight to get parts with everything always on back order. I’ll check it out. Thanks👍

Appreciate the video. My first time messing with a dirty bike a friend dropped off to me. Your video made the top end kit easy.

I’d go with a tb or bbr big bore kit.

You should open the garage when you start it. 😮

Your not wrong. For the longer starts I let it vent out the side door. It’s still winter here. Too cold 🥶

Do u have to do a top end bc ik ppl who have there bike for 10 years and never done a top end and still runs great
@FullSpeedImpulse

Nope! Only if you have low compression or burning oil because of a bad ring. I have a 1981 ct70 that still is the original motor. Well taken care of, a little luck and not beat on, they will last a long time.

Hey bro does the piston have a needle bearing in the crank like in 2 strokes? I haven’t seen anybody pull it out in their videos and the kit doesn’t come with one online. Appreciate your videos and time bro.

No needle bearings just that sleeve that you slide in between the clips. Hope this helps. And fyi we just finished the video on our budget air intake and it honestly came out better then I ever thought. Lol should be out by the weekend

@@FullSpeedImpulse ahhh ok thanks! For sure I’m going to check it out cuz I got a badly mistreated klx110 and it’s my first 4stroke build so looking forward to watching that kind of stuff 💯

Ooo dang. Lol. You buy any plastics for it yet? Those 60 dollar plastics off of eBay look intriguing but I’m worry they will be to cheap and crack easily. But I want that factory green too and not a knock off color.

@@FullSpeedImpulse I actually bought the new style ufoplastics and just got done installing them. I was inspired by the 2 videos I saw on KZitem. In retrospect. I’d have only bought a new style fender and number plate, and then did regular UFO plastics . But to answer your question, I would not go with the cheap plastics cuz it’s not the correct color. You’ll be bummed and wish you spent a bit more. Type in UFO Klx 110 plastics and you find a whole set for under 100 bucks

Great video, did you say theres a mark on the cam itself to identify how the sprocket mounts up? I didnt see one on my nephews bike, going to finish installing his 143 kit next week hopefully

Are you running a tb cam or stock cam still?

Usually you point the lobes of the cam towards the piston and the sprocket mark toward the timing mark on the case. So simpler terms point the cam lobes to the right. So sprocket mark to the left and that should be how it bolts up

@@FullSpeedImpulse i was smart enough to mark the head and the cam before i pulled it out so i know how it goes back together thankfully, but anyways thanks for your videos. Do you have an instagram acct to follow ?
