Let’s go! Been tinkering with the crafter just for basics (gold farm, iron farm)

I think farm storage is probably going to be the most common use of the crafter

I think making some combo farms will be a fun use as well. I think hooking up a witch farm to a sugar cane farm to make rockets, simple things like that. I definitely will be using some of these designs for more complex things when the time comes though.

Ah yes! Connecting a bunch of farms together and making stuff completely automatic is going to be fun!!

Hey there, thank you for providing the world download! I noticed a small problem with the torch crafter, where the sticks in the final crafter slowly fill up over multiple on/off cycles, i was wondering if you knew about the problem. Thank you for making this!

Thanks for pointing it out! I'll see what I can do and update the world download with whatever I come up to fix it.

Hi giorgio is there a compact design for sequence auto craft ? like bamboo>bamboo block>bamboo plank ?
@GiorgioJGZ

Hey! Sure thing! For those specific recipes (bamboo > bamboo block > planks) it should be as simple as having a crafter with no locked slots pointing into another crafter with all slots locked but one. Then just make an observer clock (2 observers pointing at each other) and point the output to the first crafter. Add a hopper pointing to that same crafter and feed it with bamboo. Since bamboo alone can only be used to craft sticks or blocks, but the sticks need a specific order that won't ever happen if all the slots in the crafter are unlocked, the crafter will only craft blocks when all slots are filled with bamboo. Make sure that the observers hard power the first crafter so whenever a bamboo block is crafted, the second crafter will craft it into planks immediately after.

Would converting something like the piston crafter be difficult to use bamboo rather than a log?
@GiorgioJGZ

Shouldn't be. You would need to adjust the number of times the planks crafter triggers because the bamboo blocks create 2 planks instead of 4. And if you want it directly from bamboo, just add the extra crafter to craft the bamboo into blocks.

Been trying to do just that for a bit. I tried triggering three pulses to a bamboo block to plank crafter every other cycle but haven't quite figured out the wiring yet.

Love the video though. Just finished a quad witch hut farm with looting and looking to make a redstone component factory to run off of it.

Might just need to hook up a playerless tree farm to it if I can't figure out how to make bamboo work

That sounds like a fun project!! And I'm sure you'll figure it out. In fact, you are in the right track by pulsing the plank crafter every other time the piston crafter triggers. In the showcased design, I used 2 copper bulbs to count to 4 triggers. You just gotta use a single bulb instead and the triple pulse generator. That should work just fine!

Do you have to put in the right amount of ingredients yourself? Or does it shut off automatically when one resource runs out? Otherwise the crafter will just spit out nonsense
@GiorgioJGZ

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that I made sure to leave room to read all of the chests with a comparator because if any ingredient runs out it will get messy. Thanks for pointing it out!

@@GiorgioJGZ where is the best place to hook the comparator signal up to? Lock the hoppers or maybe the crafter itself so it doesnt get updated? Love the content btw, thanks for responding

Read the chests with the comparator, and point each comparator to a block with a redstone torch. Then connect all the redstone torches together with dust (making an AND gate). And the dust should power the rails/note blocks of the clock. That way whenever any chest is out of items, the whole contraption will stop. Np! Thanks for commenting 😊

😂Well, I am glad that at least you had fun! As I said on the video, these are more prototypes, than actual final designs. Maybe at some point I'll try to make a proper station to auto craft redstone with all the functions.
