Great video dude, thank you for posting after recovery. It seems like the only people that post are the rare people that have it 4-5 years. I've had this for 11 months 24/7 and I'm staying patient and I'm confident I will recover.

I agree with you the more you think about it, you'll just make it worse, what I do it's close my eyes, and I think about one thing, and one thing only while thinking about that one thing talk about it in you're mind, picture it, block out the negative thoughts it's easier said than done, but if you can focus on that one thing you want to focus on, and not what anxiety wants you think about you can slowly take full control of you're own thoughts. I wouldn't try to think about two or more things, only because you'll get overwhelmed.

Did you ever focus to much on your voice while you’re having conversations and it scares you ? Or like when people talk to you it just scares you ?
