I liked this home. No HOA, low taxes, well water and propane, and nice finishes and detail. Of course, it needs an outdoor kitchen, and a couple of interior upgrades but other than that this is a very nice home for the size and price. It didn't feel 10 years old.

This is a FABULOUS quality built home! One of the best that you’ve done a viewing on! I was so ready to be wowed by the master bedroom but it’s a real let down. No sitting area with fireplace nor a bell or a whistle going on in there. The loft area is larger🤔🙀 the builder did an excellent job. No wasted spaces and this property is definitely priced right! Way to go Chuck🎉🎊🥳

I could see this home for you. I was expecting more wow in the master but it's a 2008 home so I understand. Bedroom can be renovated though. Everything else is there. I find it amazing that houses priced at over a $1M cheap out on plumbing fixtures, lighting, wiring, etc. The butler's panty had cheap plug-in under cabinet light. Why weren't these hardwired low-voltage LED lights? One of the AC vents was hanging and not fully attached. The AC in the garage was cheap and not in fitting with the cost of the house. The additional anti-kick-in door locks seems weird and makes me wonder who lived here before or what the crime rate is in the area. Paint coming off the fence gates. Swamp coolers in a house of this age. There is a lot of patches in the stucco exterior. The layout of the floor plan doesn't flow well. Why are there deadbolts on the bedrooms doors? The sink above the counter top is a vessel sink. The style and finishes are not consistent throughout. As you can probably guess, I prefer the other houses you have shown in your videos.

That would normally depend on the region. For instance in a place like Florida, no matter the price point, hardwoods are not the norm because of the climate. You’d have to check with local Vegas pros on the pros and cons of hardwoods over this much square footage in their climate.

It seems very secluded with the shared well-water supply and a PROPANE tank, which is right by the kids play area 😳😲 yikes!! I also have to wonder what kind of monthly maintenance costs come with that kind of seclusion. Otherwise, I love everything I have seen 😍 and the price seems right. Great video as always Chakits 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice home however, is lacking consistence from one bathroom to the next for example: the first bathroom has a different granite or quartz, plus the sink is under mounted in one and not the other & all sinks are different that's a poor choice of decor & the shower upstairs should have tile floor, not that cheap alternative. In addition, I would expect monogram gas Chef stove, specially since theirs a propane tank on the back of the home, if I'm paying $1.5M that's the least to be expected. In answer to your question pertaining to the dishwasher, I have 2 dishwashers and we use them every time we have a parties which is very often it's very convenient. Moreover, as you stated the "Calcium Build-up needs attention" should have been addressed prior placing the house on the market, simply because if I'm aware of it that's more job for me to do. Lastly, in the description it states the property is $1.5M however, you stated " All for $1.490 thousand dollars" Hmmm....... Have a great Easter Chakits.... Aloha~

I am probably one of those people that is the reason why they don't have a lot of master bedrooms on the first floor. I can't stand first floor master bedrooms. Unless you are a Elder and you cannot find a ranch home. I think it's crazy to have a two-story home and not have the master bedroom on the second floor. Just my opinion. But I have never bought a home with a second floor and the master bedroom was on the first floor. Maybe when I get older but right now oh no! The master bedrooms is supposed to be the getaway from everyone else. If all the activity is on the first floor. That's not full private to me.... but that is my opinion.. to each it's on..

I’m not feeling the layout of this house. It’s just a bad design layout. For this size if a house the bedrooms should be bigger

Amanda Montanez I agree with you. This 🏠 just doesn't feel right. I've watched videos with nicer houses that cost less than this one.

Amanda Montanez I totally agree.. But, for 1.5 million I'd say it's a steal.

That little office space under the staircase would be great for a hobby room, if you like to make models or something.

I love the house. Not crazy about propane, septic, and shared well. Luckily for me, I’m 3 years too late and $1.5m short for this home lol
