I've been doing this excersize before my split excersizes for a week now and it really toned down my legs impossibly. This is a really good excersize to slim down legs. I will keep doing this few more weeks and then try other excersizes of yours. You're a great instructor

Hi Karoll! Please, this specific workout can be done 6-7 days or a week or 1 time/week. Totally up to you and what feels best. Personally, would probably not do more than once a week and instead choose some other workouts that also feel good, that way I build a diversity of muscles !

Structure my workouts based on what feels good in moment and hope others feel the same. Sometimes I do a couple child poses, something none. If you want more though, just pause the video quick and add some! These are just a tool, own them girl !!

Hi Mimansha! That's a great question. It's okay to do a workout daily, if you like it! Just make sure to stretch enough and listen to your body. At a certain point, your body might not see the same improvements from doing the same workout, so you might want to add in more variety once it becomes easy for you! Hope this was helpful 😊

Hi Jasmine, thanks for your question! As the other reply said, thigh gap is genetic. Your bone structure determines how far away your legs are from one another, so for some people the legs are close and a gap would be very unhealthy or not possible. Cardio pilates combined with leg exercises like this video will help slim legs, but a thigh gap is very natural and normal! 💛

Hi Zeniah! Pilates is a great way to engage and increase your muscle, which will in turn increase your metabolism and help with weight loss. Targeted pilates like this video help to tone muscles further. It's so important to combine this with proper nutrition, sleep, and stress management. The combination won't produce results in 1 or 2 days, but given a few weeks many people are happy with the results!
