Impressive! How do you get the data that controls how the seat moves? Do you have a USB plug into your computer to read the data using a program ? If so What program is it?

That's pretty much it, I use a program called simtools

Can I replace the VR headset with a widescreen monitor in this setup? I could figure out a way to mount the monitor using aluminum profiles, but the question is, can it handle the additional weight?

A free standing monitor(s) can be used, but monitors must not be attached directly to the simulator frame (this will void the warranty)

@@mikeyearly great idea. One more question. Do you feel rumble strips in the seat or in the wheel?? Thanks for your reply. Great work.

Rumble strips mostly in the wheel, but larger curbs (like sausage curbs) through the sim

It's the Pico 4, and it's very good for PCVR, but the native store is lacking content

@mikeyearly cheers for the reply, how much lighter is it than the meta quest I've seen you in in previous videos. Have been researching it to be honest and the store is coming along nicely. Would only use it for pcvr to be honest. Also the fov is it better, worse or around the the same as the meta. Cheers I advance for the reply.

Not sure exactly, but you can feel it. Everything is better than the quest 2. Better res, clearer edge to edge lenses, wider FOV.
