I just recently starting using the sled to end my leg workouts twice a week. It’s a great way to add some volume to your legs while working your ankles, feet, and other underutilized muscles, and without affecting my runs the day after.

Very informative! I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me maintain my physique and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

Good advertisement for your new product. Folks from the ATG world will like this option. I wonder how long the material will survive being dragged on the roads.

How long does it last on asphalt though? I wouldnt mind replacing it every couple of months if it prevents the noise dragging a steel sled would, but I dont want to find out that its worm through after a 30 minute sled walk either.

It’s just made out of cordura type nylon so probably just depends on how rough the asphalt or concrete is where you’re using it - the big parking lot by my place that’s asphalt is pretty slick (but I don’t have one of his sleds) but the asphalt right in front of my house is rough. Probably would be good to use on a grass field if you had something fairly level and manicured

Can you use this sled on grass? I have a Rogue Sled and it's difficult to pull it on grass (In my backyard).

Best thing to do to get good at running is do lots of running. No one is disputing that. This is a good addition if you have access though.

Actually Kenyan competitive runners do run laps on a lawn dragging a tire by their belt (which basically is a non-standardized sled) because it creates resistance that drags you back rather than squishing you downwards like a weight vest would. kzitem.info/news/bejne/spWo2I15a6hedoo
