This just so informative and I have quite a bit more to go! It really gives me perspective, things that I am doing right and new things to add! Thank you so much and what a great guest. ❤

Thank you !! Very informative. Is there a written summary of key points somewhere?Sometimes you both spoke very quickly and it was hard to get all the details. Wonderful to see a doctor doing research that actually cares about helping people. ❤👍🏻

Maybe I'm in the closed mind camp, but I wouldn't go anywhere near statins or worry about LDL when it comes to Alzheimers. Brain contains so much of the stuff. Also found it strange that he has difficulty reaching protein daily goals - i have difficulty not over-eating it

It's fascinating to me that the #1 guy who is trying to prevent alzheimers isn't a specialist on low carb eating but still recommends GLP-1 drugs. Dude. Do you know what GLP-1 drugs do? They mimic the body on a low carb diet while people are still eating carbs. Call me crazy but since there are no essential carbs and the body's ability to deal with them is based around fat storage moreso than using it for fuel, based on insulin levels, maybe the carbs are the problem. Richard's practice is about to hit another gear once he gets serious about looking at that. I'll even give a great place to start. This talk by Dr. Richard Johnson (strong name, I know) and his talk "A Biological Switch that Drives Obesity, Diabetes, and Dementia". kzitem.info/news/bejne/yZ6Jz3qZcZGrdGk

But what is the point of advanced diagnostic techniques when there are still no effective treatments for these neurodegenerative diseases?

Not effective because we attack so late. Too late. Early diagnostic is key.
