Development, construction and programming of an interactive 100-pixel WS2812 RGB LED-table with Arduino.
Here are some facts:
- The making of the scene (00:18) "Step 4 - Building prototypes" took about 30 min. on average (the whole then 100x).
- The making of the scene (01:13) "Step 6 - Order all components 100x" took about 4 hours since after each photo of each component one had to be added!
- The making of the scene (02:17) "Step 10 - Wiring the boards" took about 10 hours, since after each photo a single new cable had to be installed and soldered!
- From the idea or from the beginning of the development to the final completion I worked quite exactly one year at the project, often many hours a day until late at night.
- I will continue to work on the project, mainly on programming. Goals are, according to an improved painting program, among other things legendary games such as Tetris, Tic Tac Toe or Snake.
- There will be more parts to the project in the future, updates for improvements and more detailed explanations how the whole thing is working at all.
