1 potato 2 eggs! A quick, easy and delicious recipe for breakfast
Ingredients:
1 potato.
2 eggs.
Salt and black pepper.
Green onions.
Coconut oil 1 teaspoon.
Place the potatoes in the bottom of the pan.
Fry the potatoes on both sides.
Just pour the egg over the potatoes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
