Ingredients and Recipe:
Grind 200g potatoes into thin slices
Squeeze out the water
Put in a bowl
1 egg
Add 50g mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
add Oregano leaves to enhance flavor
Mix well
Divided into 4 parts
Olive oil
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat
Flip
Cook for another 3 minutes over medium heat
Add sour cream and tomatoes on top
Enjoy the food!
