I usually do both cardio and weight training during one schedule. I do cardio basically elliptical for 35 minutes at 23 level and burn around 800 calories daily for 5 days in a week. I do strength or weight training for 40 minutes before cardio which comes to total calories burn of 1100 (total, both cardio and weight training). My weight now is 88 kgs (was 106, 4 months back). I consume food mix of low carbs and high protien which muxh be around 1200 calories in a day. So i burn what i eat , my calories requirement is 1650. Does this mean i am going on deficit of 1650 and is it helpful, will it show better results. Please comment

Sir aapki mostly videos dekhi h maine..keto diet, intermittent fasting, hum housewives puri life nhi maintain kr skte. Jb hum ye sb Krna chod denge then we gain our fat back on our body. With house and children responsibilities, we can't go far in this weight loss journey. I only want dat please u make workout series and diet plans for fat loose in which we can keep maintain our weight once we loose it...no gym. Something that we don't find hard to do with other responsibilities...I am a mother of 1.5 yr old child with c- section delivery and having a problem of muscles separation (diastatis rectai).... Having very sedentary lifestyle...ur videos helped me before my marriage...but now my problems are different....hope u'll help me get rid of this fat....thank u
