Great demo, thanks! I would recommend a re-upload with better audio if you can. I had to increase the volume a lot and also enable mono audio on Windows 10 because it was only on one side.

Did have a small-bone to pick … "Don't agree with the assignment / escalation protocol … just change assignment group to "network" and done" How about some courteous work-Notes explaining what u did and why you think it is a Network issue" .. VIP User definition not accepted in service now. Any big impact on the ticket is VIP users, not top-level management.
