Hey guys! It's been TOO long since you have guys seen me but it has been for a couple of reasons.
Last video I talked about my depression and my anxiety having a profound effect on my life as a teenager and it had resurfaced back in the summer. Well after that video life began to spiral out of control and I lost myself completely in my darkness and saw no way out. I knew that if I didn't get help it would have only gotten worse....
In this entire time I have been away, I had to begin the painful yet liberating journey of rediscovering who I am. I forgot who Asia was and it is time I figure out who she is and what it is she wants. I list 10 things I have been utilizing in my me-time journey that have helped make it bearable but also great reminders that I am worth EXISTING even when I am not okay. I can say I am in a better place mentally regardless of the bad days that outweigh the good, I am growing and evolving. I appreciate each and every one of you for sticking by me during this time and can't thank you enough for allowing me to be vulnerable.
