I always viewed the Griswold children changing every movie be a running gag and created by the initial cast change on European Vacation. Pretty much I saw it that the writers I said well if we're going to keep drinking these kids and let's really change them the ways that are I like ridiculous to pick him funny. In Vegas vacation this was finally addressed by Clark

The part that always surprises me is the one between Ruby Sue and Clark at the kitchen table. It is such a tender moment , and adds another dimension to Clark's nature.

Fun fact - the office scene were Clark is mixing his drink in a Taz cup I thought weird (why not a "normal" cup). Turns out Miriam Flynn (Cousin Catherine Johnson) did the voice for Jean Tazmanian Devil in Taz-Mania. Although it could just be a remarkable coincidence? So that's at least 3 cartoon connections!

Watched this ABSOLUTE CLASSIC Christmas movie many times and I still laugh at it as much as I did when I first saw it. One of my very favourite Christmas movies. My favourite part of the movie? I love it all but if I really have to choose it's the slegh part where Griswold as over done the oil and he zooms down the hill. At the end of it Cousin Eddie says.... Bingo!
