I am a beginner to woodwork, the main test I have with this bundle kzitem.infoUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt is that I think that its hard to settle on a choice of the plan and outline to use as there are a large portion of them there. Nonetheless, I like the simple stride to step directions laid out there.

Thank you for showing girls that there is another field, interest that is possible to them. I love your videos. You’re able to get across that others can do these projects too. My husband and I were carpenters, but with age health issues we can’t do what we easily did before. But I never took on any projects like these. Would love to know where your interest, and education in woodworking comes from. We all benefit from your projects, even if just to dream about organizing and making our homes better.

Nice little top 10 list.. Love the rollout cabinet shelf and the spice racks; also the H shelf and the C-channel organiser; the can storage was a little weird in that the small cans are hiding behind the tall cans (so you won't be able to see them when it's full ?).. Also, with the knife block, would be nice if you can tell just when you open the drawer, which knifes are which size.. as it looked in the vid they all look the same size.

Hi Ana, definitely going to try to make a couple of these especially the pull out drawer! I have a small end cabinet like the ones that you sometimes put at the end of the stove that holds like the silverware and a couple other drawers in it but the one I have has a small drawer at the top that I put my pencils and pens and scissors etc. in and then there's a door underneath it. Inside there's a little shelf that I can sit my toaster on and then underneath I put my oils . The thing is the little shelf that I put my toaster on is glued to the cabinet it's not an adjustable shelf and I want to make a pull out drawer so it's easier to pull the toaster out because it sits way in the back of the cabinet. I know I could use a jigsaw to cut it out but it's not going to get close enough to the sides of the cabinet. Is there anything that I could use to get closer to the sides of the cabinet to cut the shelf off to make it into a pull out shelf?

With those floating shelves what i would have done was put hinges on them rather than nail the top part on them before your finished that way you can have little storage compartments inside for important small things. _/.

Great projects! Thanks! Be careful as you should not have an electric light chandelier hanging down over a bathtub as you do in the floating shelve project. National Electrical Code (NEC) does not allow this as you could get shocked/electrocuted if you touch the chandelier while standing in water in the bathtub.

I want to replace the trash compactor with a pull-out trash bin. It looks like your slide-out shelf project would work. The box store units are pricey and would still need to secure the pull-out to the cabinet, so I like to DIY it. What would you recommend for the handle to pull the unit out? I don't have the skill to make/match the cabinet front door, so I invision the trash bin being visible, which is handy, as this is a vacation rental.

Love these projects! My mom had a veggie tower that a neighbor built her. I have paper-towel holder my uncle built & gave me when I married 48.75 years ago. Could really use several others...definitely use the slide out drawers. The plastic storage is great idea. Why don't you just come & redesign my kitchen for older, less flexible me. There are so many instructions for building complicated things which need not only experience, but also a fully equipped workshop few people have. Your ideas and descriptions are different: far easier and with a lot of creativity. There is just a little disadvantage in that 99 per cent of the world population have to convert these awkward inches to metric measurements. Thank you for your great work and for sharing it for free!
