@@ManwithNoName-t1o the only problem with farmer carries into pull ups is your grip, theoretically combination looks superb but for the majority isn't really sustainable due to grip strength

In fact whatever move you choose to practice with a kettlebell it will develop your back or any part of your body.

Greetings coach Gregory. I've been following your channel for a long time. I am not "new" to kettlebell training overall - but I've only been slowly integrating certain kettlebell exercises into my workout routine over time in an effort to make the switch to 100% kettlebell training. I've just recently added the double kettlebell standing shoulder press to my routine & my shoulder joints are not liking the movement. The J type wide sideways kettlebell pressing pattern just seems so different then what I'm used to. With barbells & dumbbells my elbows stay in front of my body & arms press straight overhead - which gives me no issues at all - unlike the kettlebell press. Could you please provide some advise? Thank you :)

What would you suggest for the lower back?

Any ballistics. Swing, Clean, Snatch. Takes time to build up to them so start easy, with low reps and light.

@@lebe-stark Thank you. I had a feeling that these would be the suggestions. I am back to using my adjustable KB that go up to 40lbs ea. That is approx 18KG if I am not mistaken. The other day I completed double swings for 5 reps, so I am seeing my progress. I have incorporated using resistance bands, bodyweight, and KBS together for an upper/lower split in EMOM workout. I follow the protocols I have learned from your channel and website as best as I can. So far, so good. I appreciate all the help.
