The way we train people where I work is once the trainer feels that the Trainee has the basics down we have that Trainee train another person on that job. Something about the brain takes the information that you think you know and then has to make sense as you speak to the other person. That is when you get the a ah moment and everything slows down and you can do that job!

Try something that always worked for me. Years ago, I started work for an import broker contracted to a well-known freight expeditor. I knew nothing about the classification of imported goods or the rules and regs, but his job was a great opportunity for a lot of us in the community, and to get in, we had to go through a very quick-paced class and then show we could hit the ground running. I used a trick that my dad taught me: as soon as I was taught something, I would practice teaching the same thing to someone else (even if just an imaginary student). I was with the company for a long time, working my way through middle management. I ended up designing and conducting classes for new hires.

My mum:"why u can strugle to win a game that didn't have any benefit to you,but why u can't strugle to study for your future?!" Dad: When u already grown up...u will think back "why i didn't do my best for my school" cause u will feel how hard to earn money by yourself if u don't hard work for your study.

Whenever I learn something from a book I reread what I read slowly and repeat the definition in my head. I read some more then I put down the book and ask myself what did I just learn? I try to remember what I read and then I look back at the sentence to see if I was right. Then throughout the day I repeat it every like 30 minutes or soin my head. That's why I have a good memory

It's about retention. The brain forgets almost 80% of newly acquired information within 48 hours. To remember key points about a subject, we don't need to remember everything, just the essential 20%. Try to search for videos on mind mapping here on youtube. It's a very useful technique for mastery and retention. Also, when studying a new subject, we don't need to know 100% of it all at once. Take languages for example. In learning a new language, trying to learn 100% about the given language will only lead to overwhelm and burnout. This is a mistake I've made myself. I've switched to learning to a level of sufficiency, not mastery. Learning just enough so one can get on day to day conversations in the given language.

Diversified learning is a very powerful technique because it CAN BE insufficient. I.E. to learn in a linear fashion, 1 book cover to cover vs 3 books taking the best chapters from each one and or lab work.🤓 Great Scott
