If he takes you for granted, 1. Stand up for yourself 2. Do not submit to him 3. Don't let him control you 4. Shift your focus from him and take out time for something else like hobbies 5. Allow him to pursue you 6. Reward him if he is nice (appreciate) 7. Don't allow yourself to be a punching bag for him 8. Don't let things happen very fast 9. Don't be as available 10. Stop doing favours for him

For me tell the we are not happy with what he is doing is complaining and complaining ( even in a nice way) mean that you’re very needy and very attached to him so he will obey on short term but he will pull away on the long term. Start focus on your life: this one is a good advice

It depends on the type of man you're dealing with when doing #1. There are some mxn who don't like a woman standing up for herself . They take offense. If you stand up for yourself and he starts acting up, you need to let him go. He's a bully.

My guy gave me silent treatment when I first stood up for myself, then when I pursued him (I shouldn’t have) he yelled at me and criticized me for standing up for myself.

I think we tend to forget about the testosterone part, that's why we end up going crazy!😂

Question, might sound silly, but getting confused ..- if "chasing" is always considered contacting a man ?... ...Do you Ever start a conversation (text/call)? (no matter the stage, even after already in a relationship) or never ever

Or….. OR, hear me out. Be young, fit and feminine….. it’s crazy I know!! But maybe, just maybe it might work. But what do I know, I’m just a man.

we live in the era where women have needs now. these videos hold no accountability to the average man because we don’t want that, we’re aiming for higher value men where makeup isn’t the man’s main criteria, otherwise he’d cheat because all women wear makeup, and that’s all it takes because most men lack standards and values, these videos aren’t for women who are trying to be with YOU,

I am not agreeing in this kind of leadership.I always have to tell what he needs to do otherweise men are lasy and they do not do nothing, only staying in the bed an phone or laptop or watching tv. If somebody tells me men know better what need to do is false. Thiere ledership is just about waiting to bring them the lunch to the bed. Moreover if you have a profession or a job they are banning you to go to work, then there is no money in the house, and they are running to the ex asking for money.

My channel is not for entertainment it’s for coaching. If you learned all you need then move on. I’m not going to invent fantasy advice in order to entertain. 🤦🏼♀️

Yeah, which is good ‘cus some of you are hard-headed 😂. You need a lot of repetition to change a habit/ thought pattern.
