The best (for me) are from 3D printing Canada, arianeplast, prusa and filimprimante 3D, i have some from Amazon, but they have a lot of sh*t, it's hard to find a good brend on theyre site. Would you say the biggest improvement to the quality of your prints were the settings or the build/printer/hotend?
@WildRoseBuilds
5 жыл бұрын
Hey Brandon! I would say both, assuring your machine moves all axis smoothly and that your extrusion rate is set properly. those're the main things i recommend for print quality. also lower speeds don't hurt. good luck happy printing!
@brandong.8494
5 жыл бұрын
Is there a video you would recommend for tuning the flow rate? I've seen a few but not all are the same.
@WildRoseBuilds
5 жыл бұрын
Brandon Gallacher some people recommend changing it on the machine itself via steps per mm on the extruder driver, but you can change it in your slicer on the fly. I would recommend just printing a stepped cube model and judging the extrusion rate from the top surface. The simplify 3d website has a pretty good guide with pictures to help! Let me know if you need any suggestions or starting points for your machine!
@brandong.8494
5 жыл бұрын
I like the idea of the stepped cube. The only problem is I don't think I can't change anything like that except for the flow percentage on the CR10. The menu is just way limited, it's like my only option is to do it in the slicer.
