This will work great for people that sew for work also slumped over a sewing machine. If you ever get a chance I would love a video for sewing and crafting help focusing the hands, arms, wrist and back. Carpet tunnel and sitting to long without breaks

I have not been able to go see my pt due to covid. It's been 4 months without pt now. It's noticeably affected me when I don't do exercises or stretching. I use your videos to get me doing the work. You guys have been the fullness to that void in my life right now. Based off your videos I went from a wheelchair to a cane. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

i have a soulder injury in 2017 i did MRI so the doc said i need surgery i did a rotator cuff repair after 3 months i finish my rehab. cuz of that i started to lift heavy things and i hurt my shoulder again unfortunately i did another surgery last year a "Latajet" and now i have this enormous AC joint pain over a year i dont know that to do. I am being treated with physiotherapy since then training easy but the pain dont go away. i tried PRP ,Steroids shots didnt help much this pain is destroys mt sleep and my every day life i did XRAY everything looks normal do u think that a 3rd surgery can help ?? i really dont know how to continue with my life cuz sport its only what i know. I am a Krave Maga,Capoeira,MMA instractor please help
