I am 68 year female struggling with peripheral neuropathy affecting my balance and mobility and comes with it a lower ba ckpain due to physical movements. This chair exer ises suits me at the moment and hoping to improve more on taking physi al activities to a functional level in progression. Thank you.

Different muscles stretching different tendons maybe little sore at first it will pass and with it you will fell energized not as stiff yoga works I'm 72

Hi. I'm a 66 year old woman and i lost my right leg a year ago, after 5 surgeries didn't fix my osteoarthritis. It was a long year. So I'm in a wheelchair only, no prosthetics, and really need to lose some weight, mostly in the belly and arms. Help?

I can understand your frustration with advertisements interrupting the content we are trying to enjoy. Unfortunately, it is a necessary part of many forms of media in order to fund the creation and distribution of content. However, I do agree that it can be disruptive and take away from the overall experience. Perhaps in the future, there will be more seamless ways to incorporate advertisements without interrupting the flow of the content. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

What do you mean by 10 repetitions ?

Hi there, When I say 10 repetitions, I mean performing a specific exercise or movement 10 times in a row. This is a common way to measure the amount of sets and reps in a workout. For example, if I were to say "do 3 sets of 10 repetitions of bicep curls," that would mean doing 10 bicep curls, resting, and then repeating that process for a total of 3 times. @@benruddick4577 only if you rest after 10 reps and then do 10 more. If you are doing 20 without resting, you are doing 1 set of 20 reps. The time provided between exercises is because some people may be doing the exercise at a slower pace than the virtual trainer for any number of reasons. The virtual trainer did about 30 to 40 reps in the time frame. I've always heard you should do reps slower than more quickly. I've heard it has more effect on the exercise. Especially if you start incorporating weights into some of the routines.

What’s a bit stupid is seniors being treated like schoolchildren would with a handclap and fanfare at the end.feels like ok well done give yourself a clap mentality

I can understand why you feel that way. It can certainly feel patronizing to be treated like a child when you are a senior. However, it's important to remember that the intention behind these gestures is often to show appreciation and recognition for the hard work and accomplishments of our seniors. It may not be the most sophisticated way of expressing it, but it comes from a place of respect and admiration. Let's try to focus on the positive intentions rather than the execution.
