Puedes decir 'I really stuck my foot in it' en situaciones así :P

Hi mago33040, are you familiar with wordreference dot com, a really great online multilingual dictionary? I checked there and for an actual, physical fork, it says bifurcación (or, una bifurcación en el camino). For a figurative fork, you can (also) use encrucijada or dilema, so apparently no idiomatic expression. Hope you enjoy wordreference.

Saludos ^^

My co workers in Costa Rica told me they say something along the the lines of, es queque comido. It's more along the lines of it's a piece of cake. I also came across an idiom that was Dar en el blanco. I understand it to mean to give in the white or to hit in the white. The equivalent in English is to hit the bullseye. Can anyone tell me if they have heard that before?
