1) You skip the fundamentals. 2) Too much in one take. 3) You don’t put it into practice. 4) You don’t have a good benchmark. 5) You go too fast. 6) You look for shortcuts. 7) You don’t go past the honeymoon. 8) You can’t accept you suck. 9) You don’t keep your mistake. 10) You don’t have a good reason to learn.

I'm what is known as a Global Thinker. This means that I have to understand the Big Picture- what it is, how is it used, and what you need to know about it. If I am shown the component of the Big Picture and I don't understand how it fits into the Big Picture then I am lost.

I love this vid soooooo much😍. I am a marketer and i have been learning from some of the best marketers in the world and i realized a few weeks ago that optimization became my most important word. I had to drop sex, drop the things i love that distracted me, sleep more, started fasting, dominated my mornings. Used meta. Cognitive skills to changed my habits and it's a ongoing process. Y'all LITERALLY just outlined things i felt deeply and things i didn't even thought off. Thank you Alux . Ps. Your mediation success course was awesome✌😍 as well. I can't wait to get the app. Much love and light from Jamaica..

Minimize, save and invest that's the only proven way to financial independence. When you save and invest you're saving a day you do not have to work and don't need to apply any form of minimalism ever again, I'm successful today, thanks to this tick!! You can try it out.... Good luck....

" You look for shortcuts" and "You go too fast" In our online examination for Basic Calculus, I usually got 2 mistakes to perfect. The secret to this, is the fact that you need to learn the basics and everthing about it. Next, you look for shortcuts like photomath and other online calculators. During the exam, you can easily use shortcuts like photomath, to keep up with the 30 mins deadline of the exam, then you can still recheck it with the basics you've learned, it's like hardwork and being resourceful at the same time

11. You don't submit to "the grind" of learning. (That's me) The human mind is like a sword. There has to be a "grind" to sharpen it. If there's no grind, you're likely not getting sharp. And, depending on what you're learning, the grind can last years (think learning to play musical instruments) and require grinding every day.

Wow, it took me years to come to these same conclusions; but I didn't have this video 29 years ago... I'm a musician, who has recently gone back to the Book 1 that I just fudged my way through when I was 15; and now I'm drilling the fundamentals and all the questions are getting answered; like "How do I hold the pick?" Well, in the course of playing an exercise 1,000 times; the pick just kind of magically migrates to the best possible grip; amazing!

Hi, good morning. I set my alarm clock at 7:20 am but I hit the snooze bottom and sleep back and woke up at 7:50. After drinking some water , I brushed my teeth and freshened up . As a preparation for my office I boiled some vegetables and in the meantime of preparing it , my induction stopped working and I decided to not go to office today and I didn't. Ordered another induction and got it delivered and had my lunch ready..

Okay, slight correction. The 'runner's high' is when the endorphins in your system overwhelm the pain in your muscles and you feel like you're running effortlessly. It's a dangerous moment, because it's possible to hurt yourself very badly under those circumstances. What you were describing is usually called 'hitting the wall', which can sometimes be followed by a high, but is usually followed by a 'second wind', which you also described. I've done a lot of distance running.

Thanks Alux once again you hammered the nail on its head but, in this case with a like a wrecking ball. These are exactly the mistakes I have been making for the last 4 years. So today I have to first wash my kettle and stil the last 50L of shiraz. While that is running will get back to trimming my buds, only got 5x25L tubs left😭. After the distillation is done I need to go into town for some shopping, come back home unpack and do the dishes. Then go up to our mountain property fell the last milkwoods and do at least 4 knapsacks of herbicide(alien invasive control). Then come home plane the 2 candlewood to size resin the cracks, while waiting for resin to dry before turning do a another tub or 2 of bud trimming. O and dont for get to feed the babies every 4 hours. Well thats it. Now get the fuck out of bed you got shit to do. Thanks Alux, think i got most of it. Stay Safe and Stay Strong.

another learner’s mistake i see a lot is: dont get overwhelmed by looking at how big or how complex the stuff you are learning. everything looks unacheivable and not worth of your time at the beginning. craft a plan by yourself that works for you and mark progress in small steps. like some one said how do you eat an elephant - one bite at a time

As I learn my passion, I’m slow at learning. But the good news is, that I learn and understand a lot. As I go on the slow pace learning, it feels great and makes me happy. My school goes on a fast pace learning, then I later don’t understand. About me, I have ADHD and I learn slow.

Another mistake (and it's hard to avoid) is learning from the WRONG kind of people. Nowadays, the person teaching doesn't necessarily need to prove that they're qualified or show a resume' to prove their expertise. So some of us make the mistake of putting our trust in the teacher at face value, when all that we're doing is gaining inferior knowledge that is easily contradicted by someone who is properly qualified on the subject matter.
