Answer: None of them, error on our part. (See first comment below) B is the closest to the correct answer, but as the comments sections suggest, there should be a vertical reaction which means there is a gradient to the top beam although there is no contraflexure along the top.

If you did not get the right answer I recommend reading "Understanding Structural Analysis" by David Brohn, which is a very graphical way to learn structural behaviour, unlike any university degree will teach you.
