My micro habits include.. 1. Fresh air- getting outside even in winter. Deep breaths. 2. Fasting- taking time to fast from food, social media, constant noise- learning to be soft, gentle and quiet at times. Refresh and resets my mind and soul.

Building meaningful friendships begins with embracing your authentic self. You should never feel the need to tone yourself down, dim your light, or carry a heavy energy in the presence of your friends. True friends uplift you, leaving you feeling positive and empowered both during and after your time together. Their genuine love and support are clear indicators of a healthy friendship. On the other hand, if you find yourself surrounded by negative influences-friends who compete with you or make subtle remarks that undermine your confidence-they are not true friends. Always trust your instincts. If you feel stifled or held back by those around you while you strive for personal growth, it may be time to close that chapter of your life. Their energy can keep you stagnant and prevent you from moving forward. Letting go of friends who don’t support your growth can be a liberating process. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for your decision. However, if you wish to share your reasons, you can simply express that their presence was valuable for a season, but that season has come to an end due to specific circumstances. After doing so, you will experience a profound sense of relief. Remember, it’s entirely acceptable to be without friends if they don’t genuinely support or uplift you. There’s no benefit in maintaining relationships that drain your energy or hinder your progress. Focus on being your own best friend, and as you release negative influences, you’ll naturally attract the right people into your life-those who resonate with your true self and share your journey and who wants the very best for you.
