I’ve been eating strength noodles without knowing the name for a long time. It’s delicious! It is a bit strongly flavored, but since there are few ingredients, you need the stronger soup. I get my eggs from friends who have chicken friends, so I’m not worried about eating raw yolks at all, and they are so good. They add a creaminess and rich flavor to the noodles, so I highly recommend adding them if it is safe to do so.

LOL @ hubby waiting for his beef snack. I actually don't eat a lot of beef, but enjoy pork and chicken. And seafood as long as it's cooked I first tried udon noodles a few years ago, but found I didn't really like the texture. Then I saw all these videos of a guy going around a bunch of Japanese restaurants and saying how yummy udon was. So I tried it again. I like the dried version better than the already cooked one. I live just outside a large city and am looking forward to visiting some Asian grocery stores again once the weather improves. Our local grocery stores are improving on getting in more Asian foods, but it's better in the city to get some stuff.
