This is a 10 minute Core and Cardio Workout that gets your heart rate up, gets you sweaty and makes your core stronger. I included some jumping exercises, intense ab exercises and overall full body exercises that make this 10 minute workout extra fun. Combine this cardio and core workout with my other ab and hit workouts for better results.
