I literally came back here just to comment that it WORKS! Been doing this 2 - 4 times a week for about 3 weeks, not even that strict with myself, sometimes I get bored and give up before the end and yet I am definitely seeing results. I've been admiring my own hips in the mirror for the past 30 minutes or so. xD

These workouts work!!! I have been doing these for the past month at least 2-3 times a week with and without a resistance band and my hips are almost as curvy as I want them to. Do not give up if you are trying these :)

Belle rose Only a little but I don't focus on my thighs for this particular workout, however, I do other workouts along with this one. Like whenever I'm just focusing on my hips I do this workout 2x: 1 without resistance bands and 1 with resistance band, and if I'm focusing on my Thighs and bottom I do workouts from the bikinimodelfitness youtube page, these workouts work well also but mainly focuses on thighs and bottom. If you try these workouts I'm letting you know by experience they burn like fire but are amazing.

guys i promise you this is true i’ve been doing this for 3 days and my hip dips weren’t that bad! but honestly i’m starting to see a small difference after about two weeks they should be gone i promise to come back and tell you guys! also motivation boost: if you don’t do this now your gonna regret not doing it in a few months cause maybe in a few months time your gonna think back to this video and be like “i could’ve had a good figure by now” I promise you, you may find it hard at first but it’s totally worth the pain!

doing this for 7 days 💕 day 1: ✅ felt it good in the sidess day 2: ✅ would like to feel more burn so might try with resistance bands tomorrow day 3: ✅ done and did it with band, my glutes already feel a lot tighter day 4: ✅my hips look a little fuller, gonna keep going !!

@@simplegirl9504 I don't remember where but I remember hearing from a qualified person, they said "if you are building muscles you can't do it daily you have to take breaks" or you'll hurt yourself or something. So I try to do it 3 days in a week every week and it still works!

Hi, I have been doing this workout every other day since 28th May and loving it so far. After just a few workouts I could feel my legs were more toned and muscles building up around bum and thighs. I can see some difference in terms of hip dips levelling out with my hips but nothing drastic yet, I don’t know how some people get such good results so quickly, I feel like this workout definitely needs patience and commitment to really get those hip dips gone, but I guess this depends on each individual and the end result they hope for. I am hoping as I continue I will see even better results =) thank you Hana x

I PROMISE i will come back to this comment a month later and give yall updates, if i dont come back everyone should know i didnt continue it and that im a complete failure who cant achieve anything in life..if this doesnt encourage me to continue it idk what will EDIT: Im back!! Okay so ive been doing it for a month (3-4 times a week) and im gonna be honest I don’t see a big difference. I do see a minor change that might be only visible to myself, but then again its only been a month and these exercises really do feel affective. Im sure if I continue (which ill update again) I’ll see great results. EDIT: okay soo this is embarassing haha but i actaully decided not to continue for the reason that i am suuuuper inflexible. Honestly it's super uncomfortable doing workout when you're as inflexible as me, and you're more prone to being injured. So I decided that gaining some flexibility is more important than the "aesthetics" of my body at the moment, which is why I started focusing on yoga for flexibility! I have been doing that for 3-4 months and have seen great improvements. Either way I really think this video is helpful as I felt the effectiveness of these excercises for the month and a half that I did them.

I'm going to be doing this workout every day until quarantine ends. I promise, unlike those other people, I will actually update!!! I need to come out of this looking flyyy. Day 1: Not bad - No differences noticed Day 2: Feel sore from the workout yesterday - No difference noticed Day 3: Not as sore as yesterday, workout getting easier - Butt seems to be more stiff (lol sounds funny) Day 4: Not sore at all - Feels stiffer (like yesterday) Day 5: Did it at night so update is late haha but not sore at all and but butt seems to be stiffer and dips seem a little less (but that could just be my eyes haha) Day 6: Workout goes by so quick now and butt seems the same as day 5 haha Day 7: took a break yesterday cause I heard you should, BUTT my butt seems to be actually bigger AND side dips are less!!! UPDATE: So I've heard I shouldn't do this workout every day and that I should rest in between days, so from now on I will just update every other day!!!

bree bree its okey! I think not, because when you are working out you muscles you are basically tearing them apart so they can build up stronger again :) therefore you should not workout EVERYDAY so the muscles and build up stronger again! I don’t think you should stop working out (unless you don’t want to ofc), but give yourself a few days rest per week❤️

@@blinkymishrashorts hm honestly if your sore or feel the burn then your doing it right and you’ll see results. but yea its normal to only feel sore in the thighs after the workout and not the hips. as long as your hips burn DURING the workout. but after its normal for the thighs to hurt

Hi I’ll do this for a while until I see progress: Day 1: hurts a lil bit but otherwise no change Day 2: same as day 1, feeling a little bit more pain in my glutes Day 3: seeing a little bit of muscle buildup Day 4: dips are starting to go away a bit Day 5: sweating like crazy but no rlly much change Day 6: my abs are starting to show again and my waist is getting more slimmer Day 7: dropped 5 pounds and a lot of change in the hips Day 8: a lot of muscle buildup and joocier 🍑 Day 9: lower abdomen starting to hurt a lot Day 10: took a break because I fell off my bike and almost needed stitches Day 11: Seeing some major changes in my hip area, they’re becoming way more full (can still see a slight dip though) Day 12: Starting to cold-sweat but otherwise the same as day 11 (I’m at a disadvantage since I have like a million bruises on my thighs and it’s that time again) Day 13: The appearance has reduced ALOT (I can still see them but there is no actual way to fully get rid of them like this) of course there's still a lil bit of a dip but you can really only see it if i stand still with both my legs together, i also built a bit of muscle in my thicc thighs Day 14: I'm way more in sync with her in the video and compared to day 1 there is definitely change in my hips Note: I also did some chloe ting workouts inbetween or on the days I took a break/couldn't do this one because of health reasons, stay safe guys. Day 14 edit: *Guys if you're going to do this workout please ensure it's daily and never give up, for me it was hard at first but I kept going even on some days when I wasn't really motivated. I didn't see results too quickly but I do recommend taking before and after pictures so you can see your progress more easily. Otherwise, keep going guys and remember everyones different and beautiful in their own way

@@izzyb5107 Keep watch of your diet too, i'm also drinking more water and not eating chocolate or stress eating etc. Also are you sure you're doing 12 reps on every exercise on both sides? Everyones different and i'm sure you'll see your results soon though!

starting this workout and will update you all. i’ll do this every day for 4 days then take an active break and so on. pls pls remind me to do this day 1: surprised i was able to keep up (kinda). a little sore but not to the point where it’s affecting me. day 2: a little sore from yesterday but not too much. sadly i had to skip cause i was busy. day 3: i did this workout today and feeling confident that i will begin to see results soon. quite tired after a long day which contributed to the tiredness i felt after the exercise. it burns! day 4: whewww it burns! i think today was the best day i’ve done this workout so far, i think i see some improvement around my hips but idk day 5: today i got flooded with homework and had no time for the workout sorry!!

Okay so I didn’t do the workout for a couple of days but after the first day I noticed a TINY difference but it was hardly anything (I’ll try update again tomorrow if I can) 2. Okay so it again kinda changed but I noticed nearly any difference I’ll keep trying cause me exams are over now :) 3. So I haven’t really been doing this anymore but I still do it sometimes and it’s actually kinda working but I need a few more months if I want to have an hourglass figure + I won’t be able to update for the next month or so because I’m going on holiday and I just wanna have time to my self with no social media interruption but I’ll be doing this again when school starts that way I’ll be motivated to do it xx

Doing this for 7 days! Will continue after but just tracking first 7 for hot girl school year lol Day 1: holy crap i didnt expect to feel a burn Day 2: i can not walk at all. But i did it anyways Day 3: feels better did it w more ease I havent been updating because after just 3 days i havent felt sore afterwards and its been getting easier. Just keep going yall bc i have been noticing a difference to my hip dips and butt

1st. i'm sorry for my bad grammar 2nd. thanks hana milly, this workout totally works day 1 : i could do all of those moves but my thighs hurted a lot day 2 : i skipped day 3 : my thighs feel less sore than the day 1 day 4-15 : it's getting easier day by day and i didnt feel that much sore / almost didnt hurt at all at first i felt like it's impossible to have curves since my pelvis / hip bones (or whatever they are) are so visible and my hip dips don't look proportional. but now i can see the difference, my hips are wider and curvier than before. once again, thank you 🌟

This exercise is very effective, I have also been doing glute exercises and hour glass exercises which go amazingly with this video, I really recommend doing these exercises, I’ve been doing them for 2 months, weekends are my days off and my hip dips are gone completely, you can do this!💕

I’ll update every other day: 1st day: My bum aches a little bit and so do my hips but not so much on my legs. 2nd day: Same again for the first day but I can really feel it on my hips. Starting to get easier as well. 3rd day: I can really feel it in my bum today. 4th day: I think I am starting to see some difference in my bum. It is a little bit bigger. I’ve been doing this workout about 3 times a week and on the second week my hip dips are completely gone and my bum has grown so much !! This really does work !

Try not to do this everyday, otherwise you will slow down your results. Give yourself a couple of rest days to let the muscles grow! I did this 3 times a week for a 2 weeks and my hip dips are completely gone. Best of luck!

Start day-Monday 7th March 2022 I do it every other day Day 1:✅ I’m sweating so much 😭but I went through it easier cuz I was listening to music while doing it Day 2:✅I was sweating a lot too but it was easier today lol Day 3:✅It’s much easier,and I’m no longer sore 🥳

Hey guys im going to be doing this and giving and update!!(i do this every Tuesday and Thursday) Day 1- Doesn’t hurt that bad but im very sore Day 2- Hurts way more than day 1 and i can definitely see a change in my butt but there still hip-dips.. (Did this with Gabriel Whited hips workout) Day 3- Definitely seeing a change hipdips are almost gone, got dizzy very fast (i get light headed a lot)... Day 4-There is a huge change in my hips barely any hipdips🙃 and my butt change a lot, much easier this time but had to stop halfway in due to being lightheaded 😕 Day 5- was very easy Day 6- i did 126-150 squats plus this workout🥴 I feel like im dying but i somehow managed to get thro this workout🥳

Guys I’m under weight and I’ve been doing this workout for more than a week (but using 3 kilos)and I can see some deference in my body my butt got kinda bigger my thighs look better I also did a before and after showed it to my family and friends they said there is a big difference 🙏🏻 so for every person who is under weight or just want curves I recommend this workout but don’t give up so fast and keep doing it everyday I know it’s exhausting and tiring but once you start seeing the results you’ll get more excited to do this workout (you may not see a difference in your body fast like I did but keep going and DON’T GIVE UP💪🏻) I’ll update you guys in a week or two,like so I can remember ❤️

SiimplyBubliie at the begging no I was eating like usual but now I am counting the calories that I need to eat daily to gain good muscles and to be in good shape so yes now I am eating more but at the first 2 weeks of this exercise I wasn’t and now I am my 4th week and I am definitely seeing a deference my butt got bigger my thighs got slightly bigger. I REALLY recommend this workout

i saw the result in just 3 days. thanks for this video. my hips are now wide and have a round shape. the result just came out too early coz im not fat i only just have a flat straight hips. i just want to have a hourglass shape body coz its summer we're going to the beach. i kinda have hip dips my left hip is way more noticeable i would have an hourglass body but hip dips make it so i don’t (i’m going to do this every 2 days) day 1: kinda hard but wasn’t too bad but some exercises i had a hard time doing the right way (waist25 hips35) day 5: i wasn’t home so i couldn’t do it but today wasn’t that hard i still couldn’t do some exercises properly but it’s better than last time it might just be me convincing myself but i feel like my hips are starting the fill out (waist25 hips35) day7: today was hard but not that hard in starting to do the exercises correctly (waist 25 hips 35 1/2) day9: it’s getting a lot easier and i’m starting to not be sore after, i also added 4x10 squats with a 30 pound weight Day11: the workout is getting even easier just a lot of sweating and I did squats with a weight again

I am going to update you guys for about a week or two and I will share my results on this comment. (Butt/hip measurements day 1: 33 in) Day 1: this workout made me sore but with a 2 minute break in between I really felt motivated to keep going. Btw my legs when I got up were so wobbly 🤣 Day 2: the workout did not seem as tough today and I could feel a good burn. For a few of the workouts I used a resistance band to work my glutes a bit more. My legs were just as wobbly though 🤣 Day 3: it was surprisingly easier and I was able to feel the burn without collapsing after every workout. My legs didnt feel as wobbly today either. Day 4: I didnt do the whole workout routine because a day of healing is good. But i did do 12 straight fire hydrants, sumo squats, and the squat leg lifts. (I still felt the very real burn) Day 5: I'm being serious omg my hips and butt both look bigger! When I get into leggings or shorts I can really see a difference. Oh btw the hardest but yet best workouts in this video are the sumo squat and abductor squat. Day 6: this workout was felt harder for some reason but it hit the spot. Also my hips and butt look bigger... like am I imagining things.. Day 7: i didn't feel the burn today, but the workout did feel easier so idk. Also I'm really close to finishing this whole comment. I might update you for the last time in maybe 2 months bc I will still be doing this workout as it is very helpful! Day something: guys omg I have never seen such good results.. my hips look so much better and wider than they were before, and my butt has even benefited a lot from these workouts 😍 Day something: hip/butt measurements, 34 in 😅😎🤩 1 whole inch I'm so excited!

Okay so I have not done it in ages. It has been atleast two or three weeks. I feel like I've lost a bit of muscle- here's my hips: 82 cm/32.25 inches. I have not lost much at all. I'll be honest with you, recently I've been eating about 400-700 calories per day because I just can't help it. I'm trying to lose a kilo that won't budge but I'm afraid that means I won't be able to gain any muscle. I want to lose weight more than I want to gain these muscles so I'll stick to my low calorie diet. I might come back in a while because I am and will be extremely busy for the next month and will not be able to do these.

My little progress: 1st: Couldn't do a full set correctly, just did 5 minutes of the whole workout 2nd: Full 10 minutes but not as much or as fast as the video so I ended up doing 10 reps, instead of 12 reps. 3rd: Full 10 minutes, and managed to catch up the pace sometimes in some exercises 4th: Full 10 minutes, did full reps and same pace; I can see that I am building my strength and endurance (04/11/2018) (06/11/2018) Bonfire night on the 5th so a day off. But back at it again. I noticed the first 5 minutes, I felt fine no tiredness or breathless until after 5 mins, slowly panting ahahah! 09/11/2018 Yup back again Update soon :)

Oki guys I will start this workout tomorrow wish me luck, comment or like to keep me updated so I can give you guys results. Instead of doing 12 sets each rep I'm doing 20. Day1: warmed up feel very sore but worth it, I will do measurements on day 2. There is no progress obviously. Day2: it hurt the last few reps but still kept going wasn't worse then day 1 but you expect that to happen and not have progress on day 2 takes time. Day:3 I took measurements on day 3 and got "32.2" (inch's). It wasn't that bad I can do the exercises a little more faster but not at the same paste. My hips are starting to move more when I walk so that's a little progress. (Like to remind me) I skipped to many Days so I'll start over today Day 3 (AGAIN)

Do I need to diet to workout get rid of my hip dips or should I eat normally.

Okay so I don’t have hip dips i’m just really skinny so i’m trying to get wider hips i’m going to be doing this almost every day for as long as possible and i’m going to record my results. just keep in mind i run quite a lot and i also sometimes go to the gym 💓 ... day 1: okay this workout definitely made me feel the burn i really like all the exercises though and i’m gonna try and keep going, might add resistance bands at some points but yeah it was a good workout 🏋️♀️ day 2: i was feeling pretty strong so i added some resistance bands and the workout felt easier than yesterday, theres obviously no major differences but i’m going to keep going and see

Been doing this consistently for a week now, first time I’ve been able to do the squat walk for the full 30 seconds without coming up 😅😁 great workout!

doing this workout before college!!! start: 7/23/2022 not doing this workout every day. Day 1: ✅I was tired, so it wasn't the best workout ever, lol. Day 2: ✅wasn't sore today so I worked out. I forgot about this but I'll. Start it again soon

From a flat butt to a little wider butt . .......this exercises helps me to gain this ...in 1year...,...still I'm doing this to get more wider butt😍😊 and my old jeans are useless now .....I need to buy bigger size than I used to wear earlier......... it's really makes me happy.... thank you so much 💖Hana😁!!!! I'm gonna try doing this for a month! I love how my body looks, but recently I've been struggling to find clothes that fit me because I don't have any curves. So I want to grow them slightly! I'll update with results!

As a man who wants a more curvy body, thanks. Men usually don't like to have hips because of disgusting stereotypes, I actually want them hahaha. I'll do these in the next weeks, I'm beginning to train again.

lol same, but instead im a boy not a man😂 im trying to get curvy slim thick female body and large behind because i dont like the bulky masculine body! even thoe it's working, i dont expect that big of improvements because males dont naturally have the hips females have :(

you guys i have to say this works i went from flat to phat in like 3-4 months. be consistent and there will be no regrets when i hit another month ill alert you guys but yall. the hourglass is real im about to get the pear shape i want so stay tuned!!

i’ll try this out for two weeks and i’ll post my results (let’s hope i stay motivated) before 2 weeks, my measurements- waist = 25 inches hips = 33 inches ✅DAY 1: i found the exercise quite hard but i managed to get through the whole video 😅 didn’t see any growth but i noticed my bum was more rounder for some reason lmao ✅DAY 2: i woke up this morning feeling no pain however when i started following the exercises again the side of my hips and my thighs started to ache so i guess it’s working?🤔 again, i didn’t see much growth but i found the exercise much more easier UPDATE: it’s been over a month now and i’ve continued to workout and have seen a change in my body but it’s not a lot! i’ve recently considered gaining a lot of weight so then working out can tone certain areas on my body to give me that slim thick figure i’ve always wanted. i am young and still growing so my body will change naturally but i wanted to get into the habit of working out for personal reasons.

@@hunainaghai3342 believe it or not i’ve actually been working out much more frequently i just haven’t managed to update my comment for a while, i completely forgot about it 😭 i’ve tried my best for a month to juggle school work and working out and my results are alright i think. my measurements now:- my waist: 22 inches my hips: 38 inches
