I like the no music. Sometimes I avoid youtubers with music that I genuinely dislike. I don't like pop or rap much. I'll be doing this after a weight session so thanks!

With a previous injury there's never worry free when it comes to exercise. But I would say that these are safe for you to do, as long as you listen to your body and stop if something doesn't feel right ❤️😊

Okay great vid but this is by no means a hiit workout. This is pretty much a low to moderate ( depending on current fitness levels) intensity with rest intervals

Dependant on fitness levels is exactly right. For some people, this is a HIIT workout. If you're more advanced, it wouldn't be. Those are the challenges with making videos for everyone!

Why doesn’t this workout have music? It would be more encouraging for me not to hear my heaving and groaning as I workout. The silence kills me!

No music allows you to put on whatever you like during the workout. All of our tastes are so different. Some ppl hate the generic sounds of workout videos so I try to do some with music and some without 🙂

@@KrystelDallas I completely get it. I would appreciate a heads up when there's only like 3 seconds left to a workout. That would really be helpful. Just think it could be tailored much better that's all. An explanation of how to do the actual workouts for newbies would help as well. Even though I already knew most of them, reminders help us all.
