When I first started doing the full body workout, it had the first exercise and I was like, “What type of exercise is this!” it is so painful but it is worth it !

Yes it is!! I learned that right away lol 😂 it hurt my lower back like crazy when I first started 2 years ago lol 😂 it still makes it little sore but not bad at all and it actually helps with back pain now lol 😂 ❤❤❤🎉

you need to clench/squeeze/flex you glutes in order for it to work :)
