I've been away from yoga for many years with severe illnesses and surgeries. The years and the pounds have added up but I am recovering from my last serious surgery. So this 10 minutes was a good place to start! My gratitude to you! I'll be back!

Thank you, this was wonderful. 2 years into my breast cancer treatment and my body is not the same….super stiff and painful. So these short videos are perfect to get me started back into my yoga practice. So glad I found you!

This was for day 3 of my 365 days of yoga. I aim for longer practices, at least 30 minutes but today I am not feeling well cause I caught a cold but still I didn't want to miss a day . Nice practice for the hips. Thank you 💕

What a great release. I feel ready for the day now and would like to do this video again tonight. I'm a believer that women hold a lot of stress in their hips. I would do a longer video on hip releases, 30 minutes or longer, if you decide to make one. Love your style and sequences, thank you Kassandra!

I recently started working out with a trainer and yesterday she had us squat and bench with a barbell for the first time. I woke up this morning with SO much soreness in my glutes and legs…checked Kassandra’s channel and see this! I feel so refreshed and comfortable now. I’ve been following this channel for the past two years, on and off with frequency, but it felt so great to check back in today. 🫶🏼

Hiii Kassandra I can't tell you how much you helped in past 3years, from being a patient of chronic headache to now being a yoga teacher my self, you are the only reason I love yoga so much, I never used to like a yoga as it seemed to be very unapproacable and now I am in love with yoga. Even after becoming a yoga teacher I usually do my own practice with you. However I never commented on your videos but I cant't tell how much I love you. I've just recently gotten back to trying to get into putting yoga into my morning routine and these 10 minute sessions really help to fit them in and they give me a great stretch. @@MausMontreal Multiple Sclerosis. I have very stiff joints as well as aches and pains from it so yoga helps stretch them out so I can walk normally and don't need assistance anymore

This morning starts my first day of RN orientation & yesterday I suddenly started having back pain. Doing this the morning of has helped relieve the pain and also the anxiety! I feel excited and know I shall be strong through this - especially with yoga! Thanks for the amazing quick practice ❤

Love love how I feel after. I have big issues w. hips, randomly have spasms, was in motorcycle accident 20 yrs ago n did physical therapy many moons ago. But that will be a afternoon on days off regular for me now. Just feel so great! Thank you.
