Welcome to this energising 10 - 15 minute yoga flow. This class should help to wake up your mind and body and stretch out any areas that may be feeling tight first thing in the morning.
Asanas include Tabletop, Downward Facing Dog, Cat Cow, Low Lunge, Runners Lunge, Child’s Pose, Butterfly, Half Lord of the Fishes and a couple of Vinyasas.
This class is suitable for all levels so beginners are more than welcome! There are no props required.
