I do these for rheumatoid arthritis. This is good stuff for everybody just to stay flexible.

What exercise can I do if I can't do the exercise lying on your belly with feet together, then you do leg lift to the sky? Also the last exercise is too hard, the one where you raise and lower the leg in a bridge? Any suggestions for those 2 moves? Thanks Chris. P. S. I love your music.
