This 10 minute sixpack workout includes a weight to level up the core muscles growth. Visible abs come down to a low body fat percentage but also become more visible if you constantly train them. I train my abs at least 3 times a week or almost every second day because I like them to stand out. If I train them less, they won’t disappear but like any other muscle you train, it looks more toned. I would suggest that too if you want them to stand out and train them less if you don’t want them to be super visible. For me, I find the quick 5 to 10 minute ab workouts the most helpful. Why? Just because the burn is not comparable to anything else and I’ve been training like this the past couple years and I have abs all year long, so it works.
