In this 10 min UPPER BODY PUSH Kettlebell Workout | Chest & Shoulder | No Repeat, we will engage in 10 upper body push exercises. Each exercise will last for 45 seconds with a 20-second rest between them. For the exercises involving double kettlebells, I am using uneven kettlebells (2x kettlebells with different weights). Alternatively, you can use even kettlebells or dumbbells if you don't have any kettlebells.
