Loved stretching my back this morning. I never had back issues until recently. I've been sewing face masks for health care workers for a few weeks, & I think that sitting at the sewing machine & bending over my cutting board has done a number on my lower back. Today's session felt sooo good. Thank you, Kassandra!

At the beginning I kept falling backwards but after some time, I can do it without falling now. Just keep doing it and you will do it eventually :) Maybe try to widen feet to make it easier.

I have done the 30 day movement challenge and now I keep coming back to this video. On days where I used to wake up in pain and read for the painkillers, I make myself do this yoga video and it eases everything so that I no longer have to take the tablets. I can’t thank you enough. This is a huge lifestyle change and means I don’t feel powerless when I wake up and a pain day! Thank you so much

These are so good, and I really loved the sequence today. I'm wondering if I'll get more flexible or if I'll always be struggling to get my back/legs/arms straight in any poses. I won't be stopping, but it just would be nice if I had something to look forward to, heh.

I have developed sciatica since two decembers ago! After many treatments and much pain, slowly getting better by trying to walk more and watch my posture. I used to be able to do yoga everyday but not since then. While on a much better recovery road, my chiropractor tells me to search yoga for back pain and do it as maintenance. It made such a difference and she noticed it only after a week. This is a great video, onlyI can’t move just as fast in transition yet but much better than before! Thank you.

Thank you kassandra. My back has been bothering me a few days. I don't want to be keep taking painkillers for it so I googled and I found you. This is just what I needed. I will be doing this every morning until my tweaked lower back gets better. I think I tweaked it doing one of my high intense workouts. I feel the difference in it already
