I'm already doing my own 10 bodyweight exercises including push ups, sit ups, squats, burpees, mountain climbers, lunges and jumping jacks as basics. I also include calf raises, plank and knee lift but I don't do 10 repetitions each, I do 15 repetitions each then I end up drenched in sweat after doing each repetition once. I know its tough but I get the job done. NO EXCUSES!

I've only just started this month. I do each bodyweight workout for 15 repetitions except for standard plank I do that 15 seconds for one set. I do bodyweight exercises once every 2 days so I can rest on non workout days. For week 1, I workout 4 times a week and for week 2, I workout 3 times a week then back to week 1 and then back to week 2.

I tried the 10-10-10 this morning. Amazing! Years ago I was in the best shape in my life doing 30 minute runs in the morning and an hour or so gym time in the evening. Now my life has become extraordinarily busy, in a good way. I penciled 20 minutes now on the weekdays to get my workout on (including the time to write this post). Glad to find something that can fit the time I have available with the resources I have available. Excited to see the results in the months to come. Thank you!

Managed 2.5 circuits (doing 10 each side on mountain climbers, toe taps, renegade rows). Reckon I could get to 3 circuits if I spent less time peering at my piece of card with the 10 exercises written on it ;-) Finished pretty breathless..but not bad for a near-60 year-old.

I just started back Circuit Training after 2 months of just jumping rope. I must say this 10-10-10 workout is a killah !! I'm trynna incorporate 1 mins of freestyle jump rope at the end of every set. But great workout nonetheless !

Hi, I realize this is an old comment but I have recently been revamping my workouts and just found this video and your question. I see no one has responded. I may not be the guy you'd like to ( or expect to) hear from but I thought I'd reply. I'm 61 years old and I tried this today for the first time. I got through 2 sets of all 10 exercise in 10 minutes. I was wiped and couldn't go anymore but I hope to improve. Granted I didn't look like the video form wise but I did it! I didn't rest between exercises either. I didn't rush, but I didn't rest. I went as fast as I could manage. I followed it up with a bit of kettlebell. Kicked my ass :)

Just do it for the first time now, three rounds in 14' 45", not pushing myself too much, , Next time I target the 10'. I think the 10mn could be a excellent all day routine and an excellent warmup before training, now I'm going to do a 100 push up (10 reps per mn/10) and 60 pull up (6 reps per mn/10mn) !

I think this kind of training is more efficient when you compete with othersnthan or your own. My xp taught me to respect strict rest intervalle and to lower.them from a week to another to keep challenge myself
