This is one tasty and healthier sisig alternative you can make. If you dont have fresh chicken for sisig, you can always use cooked or even left over rotisserie chicken you can find in your fridge. Using this will even add wonderful flavors to your sisig! This is also easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chopped leftover rotisserie chicken
2 tbsp butter
3 medium onions chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 chili (siling haba) sliced diagonally
optional chicharon (pork rind)
