That makes me feel connected to Mother Earth and it's like I can tell her about it without words and she will help me let go. Thank you, brother insight, for this wonderful video. I also love the sounds and seeing the rocks and the great view in the background. I've had fatigue for 5 days, so I thought I'd start off sitting down. Halfway through, I felt my energy coming back and by the end, I was standing up doing some other qigong exercises. I did it in the morning which worked very well.

Yes. I just tried a few of these. Two minutes and I could feel it relaxing me. He should try this. I'm usually not interested in this stuff. But this actual works. I don't care for regular meditation.

@@ghazalazameer6932 yes. I'm losing less hair. Biotin works. You can take it by mouth. But if you're going for blood tests. You'll have to stop it for a period of time. There's biotin to apply to scalp as well. Vital Essence Scalp Therapy did work the last time. But, I don't feel like it's working so great this time. Caffeine helps hair grow. When in ingredients list for growth products. I was using just fenugreek seeds. Btw they smell exactly like maple syrup. So you'll make everybody hungry. Lol. It's not as strong when combined with the other two. I haven't tried fresh rosemary yet. You can't find it everywhere. Plus it's not cheap. I don't use a lot of rosemary in cooking. I believe each of the three ingredients in this spray is half cup each. You can look it up on KZitem. It's called overnight hair growth. It is working but this is only my second week. So I feel you can't see thru to my scalp so good anymore. Today it felt like baby hairs all fuzzy like around my hairline. I'm going to the Dr currently. To get thyroid right. I'm on meds. Plus heart meds. And Coumadin. That REALLY made my hair fall like crazy. Almost as good as chemo drugs. No joke. I'm almost 74. No white hair , salt and pepper grey....I do have a streak of greasy that's going away. I should take collagen. Makes the hair grow and gets rid of grey. I'm waiting for another surgical procedure to get off blood thinners. I'm actually doing better than I have been in a long time. I'm having to build muscle back now. I can just 32 bottle case of water. I put two in my cart and loaded up in car. I'm on a break now. Then do dishes. Then freeze the fish and stuff I bought. I won't drink faucet water. And they have made the filters for PUR and ZERO so cheap. It's like using nothing. You still taste the chlorine. Then with all that mess in East Palestine OH. That crap is here, hour away from me. Plus it all traces back across the country. No thanks. I had cancer. Funny my Dad did too. He said, it's in the water. I believed him then. That was 2000. It's way worse now. Everything is. Btw if your Vitamin D3 is low. That causes hate loss too. Computers, screens and electronics. Decrease Vitamin D. I use SRS brand on Amazon. It's liquid drops. Combined Vitamin D3 and K2. K2 sends it where you need it. And it will increase your Vitamin D level faster. I've been taking Vitamin D along with it. But when I get off this Coumadin. I'm going to surgery. So I can drop it. Then I can take more drops per day. It increased mine by almost 3 points in a month. Just be sure to take combined Vitamin D 3 with K2. I found I do know more than my Dr about this stuff. I study natural medicine. I do notice my back and joints don't hurt as much if I'm taking it more often. Stress makes hair fall and different medications and it said with hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. I've honestly never had luck with rosemary. But heck. I thought I'd give this a try. It did say overnight hair growth. It's not that fast. But I noticed less hair loss within the first week. Then buy end of week. It looked darker by hairline. I did notice that the hairs I did have were definitely longer. I did our it on everytime I used the bathroom. Every chance you get. Spray on scalp. Hair will be wet. Maybe I should try an eye dropper. Make sure bottles are dark. And store in frig. Keep it in dark. So it'll keep it's potency. I wouldn't lie to you. This is like third head of hair. I was bald with chemo, then pancreatitis lost 70% of hair. Then almost 2 years ago, lost a good 70% or more again. That was double interstitial pneumonia. It's damaged my lungs permanently. No it's not COVID. My O2 was like 85% . I couldn't walk without feeling like you're gonna pass out. I'm gonna try that eye dropper idea. It takes some time to make this stuff . Don't be discouraged the seeds don't really turn into powder. But they will be slightly broken up at least. I ordered mine few years back from Amazon. Maybe an Indian or Asian store will carry the two seeds. You can cook with the Black Cumin Seed too. I don't myself tho. Just FYI. Hope this helps. Btw I used to wear wigs when I was bald. Your head gets so hot and sweaty. Sweat runs down by your ears. I have mine to a lady with lung cancer. She was so thrilled. I was happy to see her so excited. Hey husband came and got them from me at work. Then, some jack ass had to complain. I got told I can't do that at work. Really? It's not in the book, that I can't help people feel good about themselves. She did understand. But I got told about it. How cold and heartless people are in this world. Kindness really makes our lives so much better. But I won't give up. Good luck. Let me know how you're doing. God Bless You

I don't know why or how but I massage myself the same way you showed, but automatically. As soon as I feel tension I massage with my fingers neck, back, lower back especially in our country the woman is always tense.. Thank you so much for everything you do for us, little spiritual babies.. 🙏🏻
