Hi everyone! My personal trainer and I will take you through a full body burn in this video! We demonstrate a simple but effective 10 minute workout that you can do from anywhere without any equipment required, unless if you want to add a resistance band to make it more challenging.
I met Olivia Poling, a fitness & wellness coach, at the Dogpound gym in Los Angeles. We've been training together for 2 years and I wanted to share some of her favorite training moves for those of you who are on the go like me.

Kick Lunge
Squats
Reverse Lunge
Cross Behinds
Squat Pulse
Squat Two-Steps
Reach Taps
Straight Leg Raises
Toe Reaches
Stationary Bicycle
Ab Pulses
Rock + Sit
Repeat & Stretch as needed :)
