I just found this today and did it before I started working for the day and it was awesome. I also have anxiety and work in a kind of stressful place so this was great to help me start off relaxed!

just started a job at a diner and my coworkers are passive aggressive and it’s giving me anxiety. I used to work at a bakery but the people were so friendly, I enjoyed going into work. today im about to start my 4th day but I can already feel the anxiety in my body.

After a workout I felt shaky and off, but I needed to get ready for work. I had water & some juice thinking my blood sugar was low. Laid down and did deep breathing …Couldn’t shake the nervous feeling, so I did this guided mediation (instead of reaching for medicine) …and away went my anxiety & pain 🧘🏼♀️ Now I’m feeling grounded & ready to face the day😎

I’m determined to get rid of my work anxiety. It’s not related to which job I have. Any work at all causes it. I’m working from home as a Hypnotherapist and I love it but can’t stop the anxiety every time I have a client. This helped. Thank you! 🙏

Im going back to work tomorrow, i quit my job cause of something that happened and i got the opportunity to go back and i took it cause jowhere else was taking me on, im extremely nervous and anxious about it as i was the only one that stood up 😢this has helped a little but i think ill be okay ❤

I'm still healing from a broken leg, the damage is healed but the motions are taking longer then normal, and the energy I put into motion are much more then it used to be. I went back to work and now I'm constantly worried about how much I'm able to do while at my job due to the leg. My bosses are very understanding but my mind still goes into a negative space before and after work

The narrator talks too much. Couldn't focus. Meditation guidance should have some intentional pauses and this one felt a little distracting
