🙏🏻 जय श्री कृष्ण,पनकज जी,😊 धन्यवाद, शुक्रिया 🙏🏻 इतना झटपट हलवा बनाना सिखाया।बस,धोकर बनाना चाहिए था। आजकल बहुत सी दवाईयां और धूलमीट्टी भी लगी होती है।वो कपड़े से पोंछकर साफ नहीं होती है। ग़लत लगे तो माफ 🙏🏻 करना , पंकज जी। किन्तु हलवा बहुत अच्छा बनाया है।कम समय में इतना बढ़िया बनाना बताया। लाजवाब!अब मैं भी ऐसे ही बनाऊंगी। प्लीज 🙏 अखरोट का हलवा बनाना बताओं ना।😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Wash karne ki zarurat nahi hai.usko acche se dry towel se poch lo.agar wash karna hai to wash kar ke poch ke Puri tarah sukha do dhoop me.but wo zada time taking process hai

You are so right, I avoid making mung daal halwa because it takes long time. Love your tips and tricks in the video. I just wonder how am I going to grind daal after roasting in ghee. The grinders mixers we have in Canada are not so good as in India. They are usually good either for dry grinding ( for making flour) or wet grinding like smoothies. Any suggestions?

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you found my tips and tricks helpful. As for grinding the daal is concerned, use the dry grinder or blend it with half the milk to form a smooth paste and then transfer it to your pan. and then continue the process. Hope this helps!
