220123 I abandoned the last 10 ish minutes of a HIIT class that was getting on my nerves and landed here instead. I feel better mentally & physically for having done it. Great mobility class! Thank you. Namaste.

Thank you for these short videos! The shorter 30-min videos have made it so much easier for me to keep a home practice (the 30-min Ashtanga intro/morning yoga/etc). Any more like that is great :)

Just did this exercise this morning. In fact, first time I've ever done yoga out of a group class, on my own and first one in the morning.. I like the quick yoga - still good enough to get heated up and stretch in all the right places.. Thank you :)

+the fruity vegan girl Thank you so much! The correct spot for boat pose is on your sit bones. If it's hurting your tail bone, you're too far back. Shift your weight a little forward and you can hold onto the backs of your thighs as you get steady. Be sure not to round your back, but extend your spine and lift from your chest. I hope this helps!

This is lovely! Haven't looked for shorter classes before, but was very short on time after my cycle ride this morning and didn't have time even for the slightly longer cyclist's one of yours I do usually. Needed to stretch and this was just perfect to fit in quickly. =)

Beautiful, perfect short sequence ! Love it ! Would it be possible to have a gentle video for when we are sick ? Today, I have a cold and yesterday and this morning, I had some big digestion issues, so my body is weak and stiff, I really need some stretch and movements but not something too quick or intense. Well that's just an idea for a futur video maybe :)

This is definitely one of my all-time favorite flow classes! Because its short and sweet I never have any excuses to not do it! Whenever I feel in need of a little movement and loosening this is the video that I come to :) Leslie, if you could introduce more quickie flows that would be great! Maybe make one where every move corresponds to a breath? Thank you so much for making all this free and available to all!

Suggestion for next vid: would be great a yoga sequence to increase concentration-creativity-memory. Some movements of yoga make the two cerebral emisphere to sinc, which have been proven to improve cognition and attention in autistic individuals. Focusing on kundalini release from the head chakra would be key, I was wondering if you could make a sequence that stimulates that! Thanks Lesley

Hi Lesley, I love this quickie class and have used it a few times in the morning - as well as the 35-40 minute morning classes you have. Do you think you could do a 20 minute morning yoga class? I always seem to be in a rush! I'd use that every day and carry on with yoga fix 90 in the evenings. I love your work! Thanks so much for making it easy to create a good habit for yoga xxx

Hi, I love your videos... Please if you can do more 15 - 20 minutes videos. I love hard workout but yoga really help me as well. But if I want to workout 4 - 5 times per week more than one hour it's to much do it also yoga for 30 - 60 minutes you know.. Have a great day.

hi leslie, I have really progressed with my yoga over the last year practicing mainly with you and sometimes tony hortons yoga x -from the comfort of my living room but i feel i am not as strong in the arm balances as i would like, i would love to see a good 45 minute yoga practice that really work the upper body strength. any chance of you putting one together? thanks

Could you do a "one-week" (7videos) playlist with your short yoga classes that one could do every morning but train diff body parts? Like your yoga fix 90, which I loved when I started it 2 years ago, but now I just have time for 20 min in the morning but am bored of just doing the same vids all over again. A morning yoga challenge from you would be sooo cool or a 4 weeks short classes yoga challenge. I did a couple of others on yt but no one is as good as you are. Guess, I just miss your voice and quotes, haha

Boat pose is tough! I have trouble extending my legs, especially my right. Balance is also a challenge for me. Any quick tips on improving balance? I love this quick session; just sent it to my sister, who would probably also love your seamless transition to Chaturanga at 2:44. Float is a long way off for me; thank you for providing steps and guidance towards strengthening. And, thank you for being so gentle, encouraging, and in tune with beginners. :D
