This is a Short "10-Min Sitting Meditation silent Daily.
As you prepare for your meditation, take a moment to find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly. Bring your awareness to the sound of the waterfall in front of you. Imagine yourself sitting at the base of a beautiful, powerful waterfall, surrounded by vibrant green trees, bushes and flowers that are alive with the life-giving energy.
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress and settle into this space of peace and tranquility.
As you focus on the sound of the waterfall, breathe deeply and slowly, allowing each inhalation to draw in positive, peaceful energy and releasing any stress or tension with each exhalation. As you continue to breathe, feel your body beginning to relax more and more deeply into the peace and tranquility of this moment.
You can apply this guided meditation in the morning, in the evening or through the day that you need to sit and breathe in stillness.
