I feel great after this routine...great workout. Exercises different muscles than I usually workout with traditional situps, pushups, etc.. and the flexibility gain is a great bonus. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work!

@@priyankasaha8826 There's no way not to if you do this daily and eat well. Yoga is more intense than the typical workouts. When I switched to yoga I felt out of shape even though I workout regularly.

i am very very new to yoga. in my late 50's with sore hips. Still flexible tho. im gonna try to get thru this for starters bc i can't do the hip video yet. a little is better than nothing, i hope. thank you for the very specific instructions.

Hello! I started doing this video since yesterday. The way Swati does it looks so effortless and I felt I can easily do 20-30 sets of these exercises. But when I did, 5-10 was the maximum I could do 😄. Let me tell you, the way my thigh and hip muscles felt post workout, it feel like a mass/ lump of muscles being targeted. I loved doing it. After a week I will try to increase the repetition but for now 5-10 is my limit. Thanks Swati, God bless you.

These yoga poses should be suggested with the health limitations like keeping in mind the regular BP problems ,knee and other health issues in which u have to be careful while doing certain poses really is a need

People with limitations know of them and can do research or observation to know which poses will not work for them. However, I will say I have a bad hip that hurts when I lift weights and bad knees that hurt and can slip when I jump rope or use a rebounder, so I went into this video with caution, but I actually can do these poses without the pain. It is amazing.

Just a warning. This is absolutely NOT for beginners. I have not been exercising too much lately. I am trying to get back into exercise. This would be a great video for someone who regularly exercises and is familiar with yoga!

Hi swathi, nice vedio. I am practicing yoga since from 3years feeling great from inside also. After delivery I lost few inches of my tummy by doing yoga on daily basis for 30min. Is yoga alone enough to get back in shape after delivery or else do I need to hit the gym? Please reply me. I don't want to lose weight Bcoz I am correct in my weight but i wana reduce few inches of my tummy. Please please reply me. What I should do now. Thanks in advance

Good job doing Girl.. I have a question if you would like to answer please.. 1. I have a habit of drinking at least 3-4 glasses of water in the morning before I go to wash room. But yoga has to be empty stomach. Can I do exercise after drinking water.? Or 2. Should I take water after my yoga session ? or any other recommendation from you please...? Many Thanks

Drink a glass of water, half an hour before you do yoga. If you feel dehydrated you can have few sips of water at room temperature before starting yoga.

I exercise regularly, but when switching to power yoga it feels like I ever have. Yesterday I was five minutes in and could barely get to the Downward Dog to Lunge. I have to take a break today and then will complete it. I have a question. Will my hands hurt less over time when doing downward dog movements? My palms are sore. Many people quit this workout before one week. I'll post results as I am truly into this and have wanted to start yoga for awhile. I already exercised before this, so I will more easily stick to it as the time to workout was already in my everyday life. The second day I have started with 20 reps of the first two squatting poses and everything else I am doing 10 of.

I skipped Day three to recover but still did just a few moves here and there as well as weightlifting. Day four I'm still doing one set of ten for these moves as I am still sore. I'm sure it'll take two or three weeks to move up to 20. There's no visual changes this soon doing any exercises. No exercise is a miracle that changes people's look overnight. There's a reason this becomes a lifestyle for people.

Still sore and may be rushing into this and need to add more gradually, but I am added ten minutes of Hatha yoga today. I am not performing both routines back to back. I also am performing yoga positions that is good for hair growth, but they are not as much as a workout as these other routines.
